I wish to book reservation for a 4 man researchers coming from Greece to your area and will wish to stay
in your facility for a period of 10 days.
The researchers would be arriving on the 10th day of FEBRUARY 2008,
Departure: 20th FEBRUARY 2008.
Number of Rooms needed; 4 Rooms (Please give me total cost for 4
rooms).
Breakfast is included if you offer such service.
Payment is via credit card. Hope you accept major credit cards, VISA,
master
card etc.
Get back to me with your total cost for the booking.

May I know more information regarding to the room facilities ( Double Ensuite) and is it available on 12th NOV 2008? The facilities that I am interested to know is air-conditioner, private bathroom, clean bedsheet and blanket for personal allergy problem, water boiler, wi-fi, towel, window and etc. May I know what is the price for Double Ensuite room and is that be negotiated. Additional, specific location information, eg. map.

This place is listed in the the Malaysia Lonely Planet, but it should be avoided like the plague. Broken toilet. No lock on the shower room. The curtain fixture broke off the wall while I was in the room. When I mentioned these problems to the owner, I was met by abuse and told to leave. “Go to a five-star hotel!”

Oh, I almost forgot: no towel, not even a blanket, is provided without paying for them (which is not how it is in other budget hotels I’ve visited).

All in all, a great place to stay — if you’re into masochism.

Dear Guest,

We should not so entertain this old man
because he too much rude with all the receptions and we feel he so horrible and too much demand..
If he feel the room too bad he can be nice and speak with us and we will very happy to upgrade him to the Room Ensuite what ever we can do our best to him… Blanket and towel for rental in Kl system this is all the backpacker also can understanding, Because we just provided the Blanket and towel for double Ensuite room only.We have a lot return guest and very happy to stay with us that why we don’t want any guest have play attitute problem and we don’t want any trouble with our business if the guest they want the super 5 star service but he don’t know how to respect the people here. We so appologies we can’t accept you as our guest here please look forward to what’s you done here before.

now im confusing and wondering..
some queries on u..

1) Is you broken toilet fix? lock fix?
2) Is the curtain fixture fix?
3) No Blanket and Towel? If rent, how much?
Normal Double Bed got blanket and towel?
4) Have u train your staff on Customer Service?
(customer is always right, you should passion)
5) Is there any amendment or improvement after the comment of the ‘oldmen’?
